Ingredients
- 1 cup oats , steel-cut, organic
- 2 cups almond milk , soy or coconut milk
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 2 apples (organic) cored, and cut into bit sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- maple syrup , honey or stevia (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon flax meal

Instructions
- Grease your slow cooker with olive oil or coconut oil.
- Put all ingredients into your slow cooker and put on the warm setting overnight.
- Stir in the morning and top with your favorite toppings like chopped walnuts or nut butter.
