- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vinegar apple cider
- 75 grams raspberries frozen, defrosted in microwave for a few seconds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 65 grams lemon juice about 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid stevia

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. Don't forget to shake before serving if you don't use right away to incorporate oil back into dressing.
