Dressing
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds soaked
- 2 tablespoons tahini raw
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon miso
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon kelp powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup water filtered
"Parmesan"
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- Dash or two of sea salt

Instructions
- To make dressing, blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- To make parmesan topping, process all ingredients in a food processor until crumbly like parmesan cheese.
- Use dressing on your choice of greens and sprinkle the “parmesan” on top.
