Warm Brussels Sprouts Salad with Almonds and Parmesan

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place almonds on baking sheet and bake 5 min or until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Heat a sauté pan over medium heat. Meanwhile, slice brussels sprouts thinly.
Add sliced brussles sprouts to pan and pour 2 tablespoons water over top. Mix well and cover. Allow brussles sprouts to soften and start to caramelize.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, chives or scallions, salt and pepper.
Add brussels sprouts, almonds, and Parmesan to bowl of dressing. Toss carefully and serve.
