Ingredients
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 large clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped white or yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon Nama Shoyu (soy sauce)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups water (to desired consistency)
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
- Soak your sundried tomatoes for 1-2 hours until soft. Add tomatoes and all other ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix until creamy.
