Dani is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Master’s in clinical dietetics, and she specializes in eating disorders and body image recovery work.
Dani strives to guide her clients through the process of healing their relationships with food and body. She practices from a Health at Every Size and All Foods Fit model and values the multitude of ways in which food can serve us, including those separate from biological nourishment. She is passionate about her pursuits to grow and diversify her education to best support her clients and intentionally create a safe and judgment free space for individuals to learn and grow within.
Dani works best alongside clients who desire to build confidence and trust in their bodies, welcoming adolescents and adults, neurodivergent individuals and those seeking gender affirming care. Her areas of focus include, but are not limited to the following:
- OSFED (Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorders)
- Anorexia Nervosa
- Bulimia Nervosa
- ARFID (Avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder)
- Binge Eating Disorder
- Intuitive Eating skill building and support
Dani acknowledges the importance of individualized treatment and looks forward to getting to know how to best support your unique needs.
In her free time you can find Dani working her way through the restaurants of Seattle, enjoying nature in the mountains by foot or by bike, listening to an audiobook, or cozying up in front of her television. She is eager to connect!
