If you are interested in an appointment with a nutritionist at Starkel Nutrition or would like to learn more about whether our nutritionists can help you, please give us a call to book an appointment or fill out the form on the right.
We also offer 20 minute phone meet-and-greets with each of our nutritionists to learn if we are a good fit for you. Our initial appointments are 50-60 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy (or 2 business days; our business days are Monday through Friday), with a $175 late cancellation fee, which cannot be billed to insurance.
To illustrate this: if your appointment is on Monday at 2 pm, we need to hear from you by Thursday at 2 pm to avoid the late cancellation charge.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule an appointment. The easiest way to reschedule is to go online by clicking on one of the above links, cancel your current appointment and then reschedule a new one. This option is only available for appointments two days or more out. If you are canceling within two days of your appointment, or do not want to use the online scheduling tool, please call the office.

Parking for clients
The business center is in the same building as the AMC Theater. The office suites are located on the 3rd floor. The business center offers one hour of free parking to visitors in the Diamond Parking lot north of the building. The entrance to the parking area is off Roosevelt Way, just south of the store entrance to Trader Joe’s, or at the corner of 9th Ave NE and NE 47th St.
Eligible stalls are on the 2nd and 3rd levels of the parking garage. (The basement level is for Trader Joe’s parking only.) You may park for one hour for free in any of the stalls, that are not marked as reserved for other businesses.
Please follow these parking instructions, depending on if you need 1 hour of free parking, or you’ll need to purchase an additional hour. The parking lots are managed by Diamond Parking, which can be reached at 206-729-0590 or 800-828-4197 for problems, questions, and concerns.
